Latonya Deloach, a Finance, Accounting and Quantitative Analysis graduate, has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience in entertainment, business and vacation rental property management. While working for some of the nation’s top business management firms, Latonya has handled multiple multi-million dollar clients’ entities and estates in sports and entertainment. She stumbled upon the vacation rental world by accepting the role of Franchise Accounting Manager for Grand Welcome. There she learned of the feasibility and profitability of the vacation rentals and was inspired to launch her own property management franchise with Property Management Inc in order to assist others in financial freedom.”
